The Rexburg Temple Dedication of The Church of Jesus Christ was today. President Monson, the new president of the church, made quite a few jokes as well as gave some counsel. It was really foggy in the morning and during the dedication it started to clear up. Tim heard that used to happen with President Hinckley as well. Either way, he was grateful for the sun--it has been snowing every other day and the snow is piling up. Anna is doing well. However, she is not looking forward to having Tim be gone for the latter half of this week. By the end of each day during the week both Mommy and Abram are ready for Dad to take a turn. Dad will miss both of them as well as he competes in a construction competition and conference in Reno. His team is tackling a LEED (green building) problem. Tim also hopes to be able to land an internship at the job fair. Well, we won't make this first one very long, but I hope all who received an invitation to our blog will blog just a few words or two. We have taken Julie and Aaron's example to heart and giving this a go.

Howdy Denney's,

This is so great. I want my son's to keep in touch with each other and of course the old folks also. It is something my family has never done. Modern tech really helps. The Denneys rule in cyber space. Love Ya Diane (Mom)

I am not anonymous, only not signed in with blogger.com. They can be so mean! Anyhow, my name is Aaron and I really like your blog:) I love those smiley faces! They are so sweet!

Anyhow, enough of the cheezy stuff. Tim, don't worry about being all grown up upon graduation...Just enjoy the ride...You are only going to be doing this once...Enjoy it!

Good luck to you at your competion and good luck to you (Anna) as you have the joy of having so much one-on-one time with Abram.

It was so great to hear from y'all!
Keep up informed!
